Floor Plans

Our 5-hour online floor plan training course provides a thorough introduction of how to sketch accurate domestic floor plans for estate and marketing agents.

Our course is also ideal for property photographers, Green Deal assessors & carpet fitters.

Our floor plan training course is comprised primarily of two highly informative videos, which candidates are required to watch.

Course Breakdown:

(1.5 hrs) The first section of the course is a video walk-through around an existing property, which demonstrates the basic techniques and processes required for drawing a floor plan.

(1.5 hrs) The second video then shows you how a floor plan sketch can be converted into a digital version by using our Z-Plan software package.

Watching both of our online training videos will show you how a floor plan needs to be sketched and then converted into a format that agents can use as part of their marketing materials.

(10 mins) Presentation

(Up to 2hrs) When candidates have finished the above sections, they will be required to produce their own digital floor plan in order to complete the training course. The time taken to complete this task depends on the individual; it can take anything from 30 minutes to 2 hours.

This online training course can also be taken as 1 hrs CPD (continuing professional development) or simply as a training module.

The module is comprised of a presentation followed up by a short section of multiple choice questions.

Upon completion of the module, an electronic copy of your training certificate will be provided via email.
