PV Panels

This 1 hour PV Panels online training course gives a full overview of the Photovoltaic (PV) Panel technology which has become mainstream over the past decade within the UK. PV panel installations are now commonplace within the UK, and contribute significantly to the total electricity production within the country.

This module will look in detail at a number of different subjects relating to panels including their principles of operation and the factors which impact how efficiently they produce electricity. The module will then go on to examine the incentives which government has put in place to encourage take up of the panels as well as examining what the future is likely to hold for the industry.

This online training course can also be taken as 1 hrs CPD (continuing professional development) or simply as a training module.. The module is comprised of a presentation followed up by a short multiple choice quiz, which assessors will need to pass in order to obtain the certificate. Upon completion of the module and successful undertaking of the quiz, a copy of the certificate will be provided to the assessors via the F-Gas Training team.
