Quality: A Leadership Approach

This online training module has been developed by the F-Gas Register to support World Quality Day, and specifically, this year’s theme of ‘Celebrating Everyday Leadership’.

We can display leadership behaviours at all levels of business, whether that’s vocally advocating why quality is important, or using fact-based thinking to help meet and exceed business objectives. Although produced with Quidos energy assessors in mind, the basic principles about quality and leadership are applicable to everyone.

The learning objectives from this module are:

Describe the concept of ‘quality’;
Recognise the importance of quality;
Understand how to be an ‘everyday leader’;
Implement and apply processes to continue your development as a professional.
This module will count as one hour of continuous professional development to use towards your annual requirements, or to aid your own understanding of the topic.

The module is made up of a video presentation and a number of multiple choice questions.

Upon completion of the module, an electronic copy of your certificate will be provided via email.
